Any new add-ons we create will always be freely available to registered users.
Characters From Add-Ons
Use "Create Character From Add-on" from the Options menu on the characters tab to access the character and personality add-ons.Notes From Add-Ons

Using Add-ons
When you click on the "Create Character From Add-on" from the Options menu this dialog is shown:
Click the 'Generate Name' box to generate new names. The Generate Name dialog box is shown.
Use the 'Generate Personality' button to generate personality details. These are created from the selected personality add-on.
Use the 'Generate Timeline' button to generate a timeline of appropriate events. These are taken from the selected period add-on.
When you click on the 'Generate Timeline' button this dialog is shown:
Use the buttons to select which events are shown.
Installing New Add-ons
The add-ons described are all supplied as part of the WriteItNow installation. If you download other add-ons or updates then unzip the add-on and copy the file to the directory where you have installed WriteItNow.By default on PCs this is c:\Program Files\WriteItNow3
On Macs it's WriteItNow3 in the Applications folder.
Period add-ons have the extension '.awn'.
Personality add-ons have the extension '.pwn'
Background add-ons have the extension '.bwn'
