Import Text

Summary

To use text you've written in other software in WriteItNow you need to save them as plain text then import them.

WriteItNow can load or import text files. Text editors such as NotePad and most Word Processors can save files as text. Text files typically have a .txt suffix

How To Import a Text File

[3] In the 'Save As' dialog set the 'save as type' option to 'Text Only'
[4] Save

The file will be saved as text and will have a .txt suffix

Importing a text file:

[1] Go to the place where you want to import the text. This could be a new Chapter.
[2] Select the Edit Menu.
[3] Select 'Import File'.
[4] Choose the text file.
