Each prompt set has a sequence of steps and some tips. 

Using A Prompt Set

Select the item. E.g. select a character. 

Choose the Character Tools Menu and Create Details from Prompts

A list of suitable prompt sets is shown

Choose a set.

Adding a Prompt Set

You can create your own prompt sets.  See the help section in the program Help -> Getting Inspiration -> Prompts
