What the Scene Summary Does
The scene summary editor lets you add attach a summary to each scene. This doesn't appear in the exported book but can be useful when reviewing scenes.
Use the editor to keep a record of who used what, where and when in each scene.
Information about characters, events, locations and props is used in the storyline editor.
Editing the Summary
Select a scene.
Click on the scene summary button 
The scene summary editor is shown.
The Summary and Storylines
The storylines shown in the storyline editor show the summary items and the scenes they connect to.
